Sausage Fest 2008


Thanks to the less-than-competent IT guy at our firm, who deleted all the photos on my phone the last time he updated it, this beaut is the lone exhibit of the inaugural Sausagefest from May-ish 2008.
The 2008 crop yielded italian, brat, bockwurst, lamb and buffalo bleu chicken. Sam set the standard by "sampling" at least 8 links that night. Lamb (topped with a dill cucumber cucumber sauce) and brats were the clear winners, with the buffalo bleu being tasty, but a bit dry from lack of dark meat.
